Rebecca Lowe has her bachelors in secondary education English and History, a Reading masters degree, an elementary endorsement, and her MLIS degree. She is excited about expanding programming for students so students choose to come to the library on their own, collaboration opportunities with teachers, and strengthening partnerships with the public library and local businesses. She is particularly excited about Take & Make opportunities for students.
